The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Whilst ProTem has taken all reasonable care to ensure that the content on this website is accurate, complete and current, ‘you’ accept that it is subject to change without notice and neither ‘we’ nor any third party provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose or that access to this site will not be interrupted. ‘You’ acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any intending client, expert or organisation should not rely on any of the information and materials found or offered on this website as statements or representations of fact but should satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to their correctness. These particulars do not form any part of any formal offer or contract. Unless otherwise stated all prices and rates quoted are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.
The Expert is responsible for keeping their profile up to date and accurate, with particular attention to availability. The Expert gives ProTem the right to publish their profile on the ProTem.online website.
The Expert shall inform ProTem of any agreed contracts with the Hiring Organisation. The Hiring Organisation shall also inform ProTem of any communication with Experts.

On contract completion and billing the Hiring Organisation, the Expert agrees to pay ProTem a fee of 10% of their contracted sum (plus VAT at the current rate). The Expert shall allow for this 10% fee within their negotiations with the Hiring Organisation. The Expert shall inform ProTem when the contract is completed and/or when the Expert charges the Hiring Organisation at any time during the contract. Any contract now, or in the future, between the Hiring Organisation and the Expert, this fee shall apply.
ProTem take no responsibility or liability for any fees and contracts signed/agreed between the Hiring Organisation and the Expert.
We take reasonable precautions to keep your personal data secure, and require third party Data Processors to do likewise. All personally identifiable information is subject to restricted access to prevent unauthorised access, modification or misuse. Please note, however, that we may release your personal data if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although the ProTem will do its best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data beyond our control.
